1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of the Harrison Sterling website and your purchase and use of our digital educational publications. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and the refund policy linked below.
2. Digital products
All products are digital downloads. No physical item is shipped. Each edition lists the files and formats included before purchase. Purchases are one-time payments, not subscriptions.
3. Educational purpose
The publications provide general educational information. They do not constitute personalized financial, investment, legal, tax, insurance, accounting, cybersecurity, medical, or estate-planning advice, and they do not promise any particular financial result.
4. Payments and delivery
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Card orders are processed by Paddle.com as our online reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles card payment processing, applicable sales taxes, order-related billing inquiries, and returns for those transactions. USDT orders use the TRON (TRC20) network and are delivered after the payment details are confirmed.
For completed and verified orders, the private download link is sent to the delivery email supplied by the buyer. The link normally remains available for 7 days and supports up to 5 download attempts.
5. Personal-use license
Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the files for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, publish, share, or make the files available to another person.
6. Acceptable use
You may not interfere with the website, attempt to bypass download limits or access controls, submit false payment information, misuse another person's email address, or use the service in violation of applicable law.
7. Availability and corrections
We may correct clear errors in product descriptions, prices, or technical information. If a technical problem prevents delivery of a valid order, contact support so we can restore access or provide the remedy required by the applicable refund policy and law.
8. Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Harrison Sterling is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the educational materials. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
