1. Information we receive
When you place an order or request delivery, we may receive your email address, selected product, transaction identifier, payment status, currency, amount, and delivery activity. We do not receive or store your full card number. Card details are handled by Paddle.
2. How we use information
We use order information to verify payment, send the private download link, prevent duplicate delivery and abuse, provide support, maintain business records, and comply with applicable obligations. Basic site events may be counted in aggregate to understand page visits and checkout interest. To estimate daily unique visitors without placing analytics cookies or using browser storage, the server creates a one-day, irreversible keyed summary from limited connection and browser information. The original network address is not written to our analytics database, the daily summaries are deleted after a short period, and only aggregate counts are retained.
3. Service providers
We use Paddle for card checkout and payment administration, Brevo for transactional email, and our hosting, database, and private file-storage providers to operate this website and deliver purchased files. These providers process information only for the relevant service and under their own applicable privacy terms.
4. Retention and security
Private download links expire after 7 days and are limited to 5 download attempts. Order records may be retained as reasonably necessary for delivery, support, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute handling, and legal compliance. We use access controls and private storage for paid files, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
5. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of personal information, subject to lawful record-keeping requirements. You may also object to or complain about certain processing.
